Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 July 2026

These terms apply when you use the Crowdar mobile app and the crowdar.app website (together, "Crowdar"). By creating an account or using Crowdar, you agree to these terms.

1. What Crowdar is

Crowdar is a social app for sports fans: check in at pubs and stadiums, see where other fans are watching, chat, follow news, and track your season. Crowdar is free to use.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Crowdar.
  • You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
  • Provide accurate information, and don't impersonate other people or pick misleading usernames.

3. Acceptable use

When using Crowdar, you agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, in chat or anywhere else.
  • Post content that is illegal, hateful, or discriminatory.
  • Post spam, scams, or unauthorized advertising.
  • Fake check-ins or manipulate leaderboards.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or interfere with the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Your content

You own the content you post on Crowdar. By posting it, you give us a licence to store, display, and share it within the service as needed to operate Crowdar — for example, showing your check-in to fans nearby, according to your visibility settings.

5. Be sensible out there

Crowdar helps you find where fans are gathering, but you're responsible for your own safety when attending venues and events. Drink responsibly and follow the rules of the venues you visit.

6. Service availability

Crowdar is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Crowdar.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using Crowdar and request account deletion at any time by emailing crowdarapp@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update this page and note the new date at the top. Continuing to use Crowdar after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
